Elisabeth Elo

Elisabeth Elo’s suspense novel, North of Boston, was named one of Booklist’s “Best Crime Novels, 2014” and was published in six countries. A literary novel, Save Your Own, written under the name Elisabeth Brink, was a Booksense Pick and a People magazine “Great Read.” Elisabeth worked as an editor, an advertising copywriter, a high-tech project manager, and a halfway house counselor before earning a PhD in English from Brandeis University. She has published scholarly articles on subjects as diverse as Walt Whitman and Cinderella, and her essays and short stories have appeared in a variety of magazines. Elisabeth lives in Boston.
